Class Description: Ease Into the Day with Yoga (four-week series)
In this four-week series, practice a combination of seated postures to support range of motion, somatic movements, and gentle twists. We will move to weight-bearing postures to support strength and return to the mat for closing restorative posture and yoga nidra. Each session will integrate pranayama (breathing practices) and guided meditation to help elicit the relaxation response and ease you into the rest of your day.

Time: Mondays 8:00 am EST
Location: The class is taught online via Zoom (Once you register, you will receive a Zoom link)
Cost: $150 
Start date: April 8
End date: April 29
What you will need:  chair, yoga mat, two yoga blocks, yoga bolster / or body pillow, blanket, strap/belt, computer or tablet with a high-speed internet connection
